Please read the other negative reviews here, I wish they were there when I joined. Expected to work very long hours including weekends, penalised if you leave at your contracted leaving time. People who are willing to work extremely late every weeknight + work all weekend are rewarded. Very cliquey, they advertise weekly socials as a perk but what actually happens is the in crowd go out and only invite each other, it's not advertised to the company as an occasion. Very autocratic communication styles. Micromanaging to the extreme, felt a complete lack of trust from the top down. Insane workloads. I dreaded going to work every single day and was incredibly unhappy here. Staff turnover is very high and it's clear to see why.

Absolute chaos, weak management, and blame culture whilst protecting those who pump up the CEO. No work-life balance, constant messages on a Sunday night. Meetings that could have been emails. Promoting people based on service length rather than experience. A place where dreams and investors cash go to die.
