Creative and caring - a great place to work!

Pros

An extremely friendly company where the bosses are very supportive and truly care about their employees. The workload is well balanced and projects are varied and exciting, giving great opportunities to work on creative solutions for high profile clients. We work hard, but always feel appreciated - from simple (but valued) thank yous, to wonderfully personal Christmas parties. The fact that people rarely leave says it all... It is a pleasure to work for, and with, such nice people!

Cons

Due to the nature of the industry, the office can be very busy or very quiet at times - but this isn't an issue really.

Pros

Autonomous working environment with support when needed. No office politics or hierarchical issues. Really interesting projects with a broad range of clients. Enjoyable office banter and great working relationships with colleagues and freelancers.

Cons

Nothing of note really. Just the usual office and project challenges... Sometimes the office is too hot/cold/busy/loud. Sometimes we have to spread resource a little too thinly, or revise timelines to get things done etc. But it's all manageable.

Cons

It can get a little cramped during busy times, which creates large tea rounds and limited bike parking.
