There is nothing bad about working

- Most of management is stuck in the past, downright inappropriate, and shouldn’t be leaders at all due to their communication styles and attitudes - Unfortunately, many employees are not expected to act professionally - which has led to many uncomfortable experiences and bullying. - The incompetency of the President/CFO have led many to lose respect for upper management. - Movement within the company is difficult and takes 5+ years - Poor training with little oversight - State-minimum maternity benefits, no paternity benefits - It’s a man’s world at Seubert - Diversity and inclusion is not a thing
