Amazing pay, however..

Pros

Pay is high for servers, much higher than general "tipped" wages, including adjusted hourly at lunch hours versus dinner hours. The product is good, and the customers expect to spend a lot monthly, making tips and paychecks significant. Some of the coworkers are wonderful to work with.

Cons

Wealthy clientele can be rude and dehumanizing to the staff. Owners can be condescending and have difficulty relating to the lower-level staff. Some young staff have a hard time carrying their share of the work. Strict hair, nail, tattoo, and piercing limitations for staff.
