Pros
Had the opportunity to work with some of the smartest, most ambitious, and intelligent people around. Both Michelle and John work hard to create a workplace with incredibly diligent people all working towards a common work hard, play hard attitude. Such a great experience and would go back in a heartbeat!
Cons
A very go-go-go environment, as is an agency. But hey, if you can't handle the heat, shake your way on out of the kitchen.

Pros
- Passionate and friendly staff that genuinely likes and cares for one another. - Great opportunity for those who are self-starters, but also those who enjoy working collaboratively with coworkers to find solutions. - The owners are not above stepping in and rolling up their sleeves to get a project done on time. - Very rarely (if ever) worked past a 40 hour week (so rare for an agency). - Located in Austin!
Cons
Fast-paced work environment- but hey, that's the agency world. It's not stressful if you love what you do!
