Pros

Decent pay, lots of fun, good people, better hours than most retail jobs ( its still retail though) the company really cares about making things better and listens to the staff.

Cons

no company is perfect but Shane co tries hard to fix things when they know its wrong. The worst part of working here is that is it retail which is not really something they can change. Health benefits are expensive for families but again still better than most or all retail companies.

Great staff and everyone seems to genuinely care about each other and our customers. Compensation is at a point that allows you to focus on the customers needs rather than personal financial gains Upper management carries the idea of putting people first both customers and staff

Cons

Little opportunity to sit down from standing extended periods of time.

Pros

Hours are great and consistent. Pay is better than many jewelry stores. I LOVE the teamwork. Many group opportunities to bond with teammates to get to learn eachother better. Great benefits and incentives. Management is dedicated to bettering the team and teaching us anyway they can. The company does more for us than I’ve ever experienced working for any company in my 19yrs in the working field. Always opportunities to learn and grow if you’re willing and put in the work

Cons

Overtime is not an option unless permission is given
