- free lunch provided when WFO - subsidised monthly travel allowance

Cons

- no autonomy in the company culture, do what the HO tells you to do - bureaucratic management style which creates inefficient feedback system - no trust in employees as the Senior Management uses several ways to check on your office attendance and how often you work in the office beyond the contracted office hours
