- freelancers are treated like trash - CEO is also Art director, Lead artist, HR and this person shutting down any other opinion than hers. No posibility of dialogue with this person. - tasks are assigned based on CEO will and not on artist skills - low payment, constant pressure and expectency that you wil work 24/7 - very unfriendly management, they dont know how to deal with people

Hi there, We have Art Directors, Lead Artists, PM, Lead PM to work with you in the group. I am not sure why you felt that way. Our work time is from 10 - 6 PM PDT. I mainly would like to indicate that you have a 0 passing rate for the entire month of work. The team needs to work overtime to redo all of your works. But our manager still arranged to process the payment for you, even though as a freelance artist, you have the responsibility to pass the review. Our quality bar always high and very motivated to deliver the best works. Best wishes to you to find another job.

I loved working with their ADs.

Cons

Really bad management. So hard to communicate with them and salary are always delay. They won't tell you if there's some problem with your salary. You'll just be surprised that they cut your salary. And what I hate the most? They want their artists to work hard and be on time on every submission while all salaries are delay!

Our producers is working in our China office, if she didn't pick up the phone, maybe she is off for work, then please call in another time during the day.
