Pros
Maybe you'll catch the founder on one of her good days but don't count it because it rarely happens. Looks of opportunity for "growth," aka you'll get moved up pretty quickly but then no one wants to train you because it's an inconvenience to them so then they'll fire you just as quickly as they hire you.
Cons
No one wants to help because everyone is too concerned with sucking up to the founder because everyone is scared of losing their job. There's no structure, real hiring/onboarding process or management. No job security or benefits. This place is a joke and all the positive reviews are probably from the founder or one of the few "salary" employees. They actually make you positively review their own jewelry for large accounts so their pieces can pretend to be decent.
