      Pros

      Nice benefits package, ample parking for employees, not a lot of traffic for a college town, polite students.

      Cons

      Horrible supervisors, embarrassing pay, very petty rivalry between departments, out of date technology, complicated academic procedures, depressing and dull lifestyle for students.

      Good people, good hours, steady and stable

      Cons

      Poor wages, low morale, the higher ups don't care much about you, people leave all the time and you get more responsibility dumped on you without extra pay. You go for years without a raise and employee evaluations are not worth the paper they are written on. After 15 years, the environment was just so incredibly toxic. I would not recommend working at Shepard to anyone, I was so under appreciated.
