Pros
- Nice people - Relatively polished codebase though it is quite huge and sprawling - Fully remote - Make their best effort to have as few meetings as possible - The company is clearly making strides into the industry with some interesting things.
Cons
- The product is boring but that's not exactly a con per se, it's just the nature of logistics. Everything is just a box inside a box inside a box that can be placed with other boxes and moved to another place full of boxes. - The CEO is quite the drama queen but it seems like these days it's pretty hard to avoid a cargo cult pattern of behaviour in IT companies. Employees are always "woow, you're so bold, man!" when what's really happening is that we watch a man with impulse control problems making drama on LinkedIn because tech executives are oh so clever. - Pricing can be predatory but it may be better than attempting to create a monopoly by offering unrealistic prices, a very common playbook.
