      dramas, gossips, lots of stress and company has no direction

      Cons

      Lots of dramas and gossips between the employees and the management. The manager favor his own group of friends, and they get away with doing almost nothing, and sometimes they get free stuff from work too. If you are outside of his circle you will get the most difficult work.

      you can listen to headphones while working and talk on the phone while working with headphones on.

      Cons

      do not expect to get a raise. no matter how hard you work or long you been there you will not get a raise.
