Some amazing, some horrible

Pros

- Great CTO - Hard working engineers - They seemed to be growing - They seemed to have faced problems with this industry previously, so they had an understanding of the problem at hand and ideal solutions

Cons

- CEO was a bit – I wanna say – snappish in general around the office. Did not know enough about the tech stack and/or the amount of work in order to build a good future roadmap that was actually realistically implementable. It was like a 'get this done, get that done too' sort of a thing. - Overworked, overworked, overworked. Everybody is severely overworked. - Again, communication. Lack of direct feedback and communication.

Training is not the priority, you’re expected to just know what they require from you. If you aren’t 100% well versed with freight forwarding as a whole, this is not the company for you.

- People that you work with - Start up culture, makes the office space fun to work in (slowing going away) - Opportunities are presented, requirement : ability & effort - Flexible - No office drama - Optional health coverage

Cons

- Communication definitely need to be improved - Stress level can be high during certain time of the year - hard work doesn't necessary payoff - located in Downtown LA, you will need to pay for parking - Your work is never finished regardless of position (its good & bad) - Raises varies - Barely standard holidays
