Thrashing through the nonsense of louts while a blockhead team leader strutted around like they owed the place was unbearable—any attempt to get support felt ignored or dismissed. The lack of organization and teamwork made even simple tasks exhausting. It was clear nobody cared about the input or efforts of others unless it directly benefited them.
