-Management tends to be a mess especially the out of town ones.
-Pay is terrible for what the job entails.
-The turnover rate is ridiculous. People come and stay less than a year (myself included) because everything is such a mess and they expect every new employee to be the savior that's going to fix everything.
-The out of town higher ups know nothing about the Vegas office but always force their way of doing things even though it has been proved that it doesn't work. It's not fair to expect a specific turnout of certain tasks when you don't even know the systems that are being used.
-Out of date systems! No one else in the industry uses these archaic systems. -You have to update if you want to be able to compete properly
