      Pros

      For any entry-level employee, this is a great place to work in. The hands-on experience is really great here. Could learn a lot from the interactions between cross-functional departments in the organization.

      Cons

      High turn over. Hiring for competency is the CEO's motto but I feel that they should have a better screening process for the candidates they choose.

      Pros

      As a start up Company, they provide ample opportunity for us to learn & grow. The role is challenging as we are working under multiple projects in different domains and the Company strives for excellence. One of the core values of the Company is - Good enough is not great ! It explains it all about the company. Management has recently started a separate learning program / Hacakthon program to get exposure towards the latest in tech & to get hands on experience in it. Also we have training & development program to improve our soft skills. Friendly & energetic environment. If you are dynamic and versatile, you will reach higher levels here.

      Cons

      As a growing company with 5 years of experience, the Company is just introducing policies and regulations step by step. You can't expect a MNC kinda culture & atmosphere here. If you are someone who is flexible and prefers a place which is home away from home, it is the best place for you to work.

      Pros

      One can learn new technologies often. The office environment will make you feel like home. You'll always get help from the peers when you need.(no matter how much of a work load they have) The location of the office is the best among all. You can improve your knowledge and skills for sure.

      Cons

      They'll push you very hard to get or make you to complete what they want you to. Always expect the unexpected. They'll always have something new for you to learn and do.(If you are up for learning new things in a short span of time then it is a pro) You should always be positive about working Over Time. Implementing new ideas of yours will not be happening often.(they'll listen to your ideas, but in the end they'll make you do what they actually want you to do) They'll expect a lot from you in such a way that you have to handle a loads of responsibilities which is beyond your limit.
