      Honestly where to begin. This company is rotten, sexist and classist from top to bottom. It’s a boys club of incompetent men not only tolerating but encouraging sexism amongst their buddies, and creating one of the most draining and demeaning work cultures I’ve ever experienced. No accountability, no respect, and managers blatantly lying and forging things to justify their sexist clap back of the week. Steer clear of this company

      Joining this company: the worst decision ever in my career

      Pros

      No Pros at all, can't think about any. Maybe the nice coffee shop downstairs.

      Cons

      Management is terrible a bunch of useless people. The constant turnover keeps depressing the current employers. Every week, different issues and none is able to handle them professionally. Pay is ridiculous low, with no career advancement with a bully and toxic culture. Clients are nice but all friends of the CEO and COO, so no major effort to made. Don't even think to apply for a job here, is a waste of time and energy unless you want to be bullied and feel depressing......

      Advancement prospects are real Lots of responsibility and autonomy Good people Fast moving Very flexible working Equal gender divide Young team I've really enjoyed working here and the opportunities I've been given. Senior Management, including CEO, is very approachable and accessible. There aren't layers and layers of people or bureaucracy to navigate to implement a new idea or raise a concern.

      Cons

      Hard to say as for me this company is a very good fit, but if you're looking for an easy ride, or a large firm with a department for everything where you can just pass off various problems, it wouldn't be a good fit. High levels of accountability mean it's hard to totally switch off or slack for any amount of time. But as above, hard work is rewarded.
