      Pros

      Santa Barbara is an amazing city to work and live in. Department teams are usually made up of quality members who preform their jobs well and complete tasks within set timelines.

      Cons

      Pays well below industry norms (besides upper management and the sales team who seem to get 80% of the company's payroll), poor communication from management team to employees, and clicky employees.

      Well, at least they pay good

      Everything else. Stay FAR away Awful culture Leadership is bad and out of touch Out of control personnel. I saw they were just nominated as a great place to work? No way. turnover is crazy at this place. No one stays. Morale is bad.

      The base and commission structure was at one time higher than Mentor

      Cons

      Despite tremendous achievements on the sales side, the company is floundering due to mismanagement and corruption. One example of this is the creditor Deerfield has been shorting the stock for years and the CEO and board are complicit in this activity. Poor decisions made by the executives led Sientra to bankruptcy. Unfortunately the share holders and employees are now left with nothing. So sad to watch a company with superior products and employees go down the drain.
