      Pros

      Great employees, balanced work load, good pay.

      Cons

      Lost trust in the company after rounds of layoffs. Went downhill after acquiring multiple companies Out of touch executives who fire hardworking people and use their profits to spend on luxury yacht trips to Bahamas

      The pinnacle of nepotism

      Pros

      There are some talented people working here, although they are being surprised most of the time. People are generally nice and the workload is easy (mainly because there's little ambition to do things better).

      Cons

      The level of nepotism and favoritism is shocking. Managers or promoted based on family relationships and likes instead of talent or fit for position. People who want to do things better and don't settle for less are either made redundant or moved sideways. Saying no or pushing back on leadership (especially COO) is not an option: you're here to execute on their wishes and not to support the business's growth with your knowledge.

      Not many post the acquisition - some great people to work with if not in management.

      Cons

      No progression opportunities unless in with the senior management clique. Heavy nepotism. Actions do not match the words. Do not value employees.
