Pros

I wish I had something positive to say.

Cons

Royalties INSANELY HIGH-- S88 Franchise Group receives all the checks and they take out their 9-11% on the top, before sending the franchise owner the rest! These high royalties keep the owner from bidding on government contracts due to the low margins. They used to be cutting edge, now there is nothing setting them apart from the competition. They would rather put supervisors on salary and work them 50-60 hours a week just to avoid paying over-time. They have absolutely no benefits whatsoever (not even for management). They expect employees to work do training on their own without pay.

Horrible place to work

Pros

The place is never short on food.

Cons

Where do I begin. The office enviroment is almost cult like where everybody bows to the almighty CEO Reed. Nothing you do will ever be good enough. The CEO is constantly on edge due to his failing franchisees across the country. Upper level management is incompatent and constantly blame you for their mistakes. Turnover within the company is astonishing. There are only a handfull of people who have been with the company more then 2 years, which speaks volumes to the culture at Signal. The office space consists of desks that are literally crammed on top of each other. Also, don’t get comfortable in that desk as the CEO thinks its necessary to rearrange the office every other month and play musical chairs. If you don’t like public speaking, to bad, you’ll be forced to present in front of the entire company and franchise network at least twice a year. If you like anexity and instability you will love it here! If you’re looking to buy a franchise, don’t fall for it.

Pros

Decent pay Good training depending on who you shadow.

Cons

Management doesn't care if you have your life threatened Didnt have a HR at time of my hiring Management takes side of clients without even asking your side Insurances is a sketchy "We may reimburse you" type of Insurance You will never formally meet any co-workers and might see then at shift change. Was hired as full time was asked to fill in at a post that only had 5 hour shift till they found someone. 3 months later was still at post not earning 40 hours. Absoluetly 0 career opportunities unless you count taking on a single promotion that will give you way way more work for a dollar more pay. No more promotions past that since no higher ups never quit. Very Anti-LGBT. Management is or pretends to be open and accepting but multiple co-workers arent and will cause problems which management does nothing about.
