Many. Their are many things wrong with this business. Not only do they not care about office staff but also staff in restaurant. Little to no benefits, and department heads who have no clue on how to treat others. There is no diversity or inclusivity, there is no HR processes, and the processes they do have are not ethical. They are sneaky and NASTY.
