We are a business that has in the past year won multiple industry recognised awards for example Agency Recruitment Leader and Small Agency of the Year and despite the global pandemic were able to grow our business in every global location. We always aim to go above and beyond for our staff, in the last year many staff enjoyed promotions and best performances, and unlike most of our industry peers we did not make any redundancies or furlough a single member of staff. We take pride in the fact that we always paid commission on time, and above all we were able to support our employees with mental health and well being programs in this challenging period. There is always room for improvement, as an innovative and forward looking business that's always willing to listen we welcome your feedback on how you would improve things. We have implemented many changes and positive improvements from data collected in the past from HR check-ins, engagement surveys, and exit interviews, and will continue to do so. Like many of our competitors in the tech market, our turnover rate is heavily reliant on industry conditions. However, as you can see from 2024, our turnover rate has significantly improved due to market improvements.
