Product Meets a Large Need - Franchise Quality Lighted Business Signs are #1 in generating New Customers for small Independent businesses. Small Business needs to use these signs to recover the 30% decline in sales caused by the recession.

Cons

Company lies to sales recruits about average potential income..Signs are Way Over Priced, 1 Day Close required, No Call Backs allowed, No Business Cards allowed, many Misrepresentations in its Sales Presentation, Way Over Charges for its Sign Lease Program, Unethical Business Practices, Unrealistic Sales Goals, often Breaches Employment Agreement, High Pressure Sales Tactics, often times Poor Customer Service.

Good product, tools, and given ample training.

Cons

Product too expensive for small businesses to afford. No reimbursement from company. If you want to be successful, you need to keep moving and forget about your family life (single life only).

If you do not mind traveling (1 week away per month) and paying all of your expenses, being 1099 and being told where to be and when to be there you can make money in this position.

Cons

They did not tell me about the travel. Traveling with others during training ended up being a lot of wasted time taking care of errands. You will sink or swim in the first month. Everywhere I went to sell had already seen my product and a rep within the last couple of weeks so a very saturated market. Also read the contract they get you to sign at the beginning. They slide it in there like it is no big deal but it is!
