      Pros

      They manufacturer produces good to fair products. The family that owns the company is wonderful and deceitful all at the same time...don't let them fool you.

      Cons

      The semi-new leadership and existing worldwide management is nothing more than smoke and mirrors for all things political and not certainly for the greater good of the consumers they serve. The current leadership has no goals or plan for the employees, consumer or the future. Don't work for an upside down company. All employees hate their jobs...just ask them!

      We have a culture that is "open door" and we value the opinions of our team members. Our team members are thoughtful and intelligent and can present factual arguments to help shape all things at SIGVARIS. We do not understand the thinking and do not accept the motivations here. I know I speak for all team members when I say we are performing very well and are very confident in our future. We have a great culture and will prevail. Negativity and resigning ourselves to failure are not an option.....we are an unbeatable team! Sincerely, a member of current leadership.

      Pros

      This is a large company with a small feel. Sigvaris has quality products that you will not be embarrassed to sell. They stand behind the product and your decisions in the field. Globally it is strong and the outlook is positive.

      Cons

      Change in leadership during the pandemic has been huge. The back orders have been growing and yet your expectation of growth does not change. These are large items with a ton of movement to your needle. A bit of southern smile as they stab.
