      Pros

      Good to start your career only if you have no other opportunity in hands.

      Cons

      No salary on time. Interfering in personal life. Lots of fake promises from management. Never trust on them. Not following any development process (SDLC). No employee perks. Work - reward ratio is at their worst level. Only 1st and 3rd Sat off.

      Pros

      Will learn politics only and nothing else. If you become the part of the php team your career gets blocked. Because it is a very old technology and you will not get job in good companies by having experience in this technogy. Your career will get blocked. And there is 70 percent of chance that you are going to work in php only because this company does not have more projects in other technology. Most the projects developed are in php only . This raises the question on stability of this company too. Because php can vanish in few years and then this company doesn't know how to work in other technology and so your future is on a unemployment side. So don't join this company ever.

      Cons

      They don't know sdlc at all Developers do testing 😂 They don't know the difference between severity and priority bugs If they get a low severity bug also they will behave like the project has faiied almost. They will scold in front of whole office And the seniors behave like God fathers. They decide who should lead and who should be Kicked out Talent never matters until you are not able to please ur seniors by doing overtime If ur seniors are pleased they will solve ur bugs else they will showcase in front of the management as a useless employee and will play dirty politics with you to make you out . They know very well how to harass a person mentally so that he/she can't perform well at all and they can easily escalate and make them perform low. No salary in time. Work in old technology.

      Freshers get exposure to a decent amount of software developer experience. From designing a project to deploying it as a finished product.

      Cons

      1. Reluctant to move to advance technologies. 2. Do not expect an obvious payday. 3. Salary way too low. 4. Favouritism outrules skill.
