      *Great team comaraderie *Fun happy hours & team bonding activities *Opportunity to travel to events and onsite work *Dog friendly office *Great office location - easily accessible via public transportation *Flexible WFH

      Cons

      *Women have a lesser chance of being promoted in the company, especially to Executive Leadership Team (Glass ceiling needs shattering) *Pathway to promotion was very ambiguous and subjective *Few professional development opportunities for non-design based roles

      Pros

      Worked 8 years as a Presentation Designer and have always been happy with the company. Management was very understanding when I needed. The work is fun, has a good pace, and it is not stressful. Good benefits, plenty of vacation. Very flexible, very good life work balance.

      Cons

      I am afraid there won't be much traveling to support events in person anymore, which was a very fun and attractive part of working at Silver Fox.
