      I didn’t have any positive experiences with Silver Star Properties.

      Cons

      The work environment is toxic; managers are extremely hostile towards employees, leadership couldn’t care less about their well-being, and expectations are unreasonably high, while support is nonexistent. The company lacks transparency and often leaves employees in the dark about important decisions.

      A lot of employees here are incredibly talented and friendly. It's just a shame that they're being taken advantage of by such horrible people.

      Cons

      Silver Star Properties is led by one of the most arrogant and egotistical management you will ever see. Every decision they make is solely driven by ego; they often make unreasonable demands and couldn't care less if what they're asking for is impossible. They also like to hold a lot of useless meetings that serve nothing but to stroke their ego and waste everybody's time.
