Awful people at the top! The worst experience in an office ever, someone was crying in the bathroom 3/5 days of the week. They do same day layoffs, they fired a lot of employees some had worked there 4+ years and were let go on the spot. There the definition of people with a " I got mine, screw yours attitude." And that is truly horrible for a bank.

Executive team will look you straight in the eye and tell you one thing, but then they're turn around and do something else. If you want to succeed, then support the people that work for you. Don't stab them in the back. I see other reviews that call the company and exec team corrupt and I believe it. They've had a revolving door of personnel in certain positions for as many years as I can remember. Hmm.. I used to think that maybe they hired the wrong people, but now I realize it's that they conspire against new people even if they do it unknowingly. It's a shame. They expect to take the company public, but I can't imagine how they'll do that since they're building a reputation that is one of distrust... I look forward to their IPO so that i'll be able to short their stock shortly thereafter.
