      Everything I've been looking for in a company!

      Pros

      Organized company focused on not only client success but personal and professional growth. The work you do is recognized and makes you want to put 100% effort into the job every day. Everything is a team effort which makes it less stressful. There is also incredible work/life balance that allows me to not be stressed about needing to take care of my family. Being part of a small company has allowed me to work with the CEO and other chief officers which only allows me to grow professionally. I have finally found the place that offers it all!

      Cons

      I honestly thought a con would be commuting into NYC a few times a month but I actually enjoy it now!

      Pros

      Great management and culture! Lots of ability to move laterally and vertically. Managers take an interest in your welfare and CEO is very in tune with company culture. Daily work is very in line with job descriptions. No micromanagement and ability to work autonomously, but plenty of help offered if needed. Fully remote!

      Cons

      None really! Pharma - oriented so as long as you are fine having primarily pharma clients you will do great.

      Pros

      Great company with a supportive team and positive work environment. Everyone is professional, friendly and genuinely cares about doing great work for clients. Communication is clear, leadership is approachable and there are a lot of opportunities to learn and grow. Overall, it's an enjoyable collaborative place to work.

      Cons

      There is a lot going on. I actually like that, but you need to be able to juggle. For me, that was more opportunity to learn and grow.
