All the reviews on here are fake. Once you get hired they require you to write a 5 star review on Glassdoor. If you look closely, none of the reviewers have worked at this place longer than a year because people won't last longer than that due to harassment at the workplace, horrible "leadership", no work/life balance and overall bad work climate. Please do yourself a favor and stay far away!

Constant obscenities, extremely high turn-over, inappropriate comments, finger-pointing, yelling, changing systems from semi-effective to ineffective, micromanaging, back-biting, disorganization, no work-life balance promoted, unprofessional to the highest degree, "boys' club" mentality. I feel like I was duped by the planted reviews and the way things appeared prior to actually starting. It may be a great company to sell your home to or buy from, but not to work for. This is something you may want to read again: MANY OF THE REVIEWS ARE FAKE. I left a promising job for this place and ended up with nothing but frustration and regret. Most of their employees don't even last 1 month. RUN! Don't believe the lies.
