Pros
Simplex is one of the worst companies in India, in which has the selected most worst people across.
Cons
No official working hours , 6am - 7pm (minimum) are usual working hours for everyone. No overtime, very low pay-scale and delayed salary by 2-3 months, even food you have to bear from own's pocket. managers leading projects all across are promoted from supervisor level (no proper education), "even though you join and want to leave, you may get threatening calls from their hire agents". (these are all 100% realistic and if you want to join simplex first think of your family, life, security, future & career)

Big name in construction field Experience from such company will give benifits in future Gives chance to rub shoulder with big names and clients

No HR policy Low payscale 7 am to 9 pm duty No holidays Reluctant to give benifits that were promised during interview Salary runs 1.5 month late No promotions and increments Corrupted system within the company
