Everything? They are so disorganized. The upper management has no idea what the base level employees day actually is. Literal Micro Managed to the second. If your 15minutes and 10 seconds on your break you will be asked why? I'm not kidding on this I came out of the bathroom once and was asked why my break is taking so long... Can't go to the bathroom without letting them know. I'm not kidding at the end of my tenure I had to let my TL know I was logging off to go to the bathroom.... I was 99% to my sales targets and they wouldn't give me my commissions because it wasn't 100%.... They do a shift bid ever 3-6 months and will find a way to make your shift terrible. They constantly change what options are on the bid . You finally got your 10-6 and you love it! JUST JOKING this time around they don't even give you that option.. or they do but your working weekends again! They are terribly understaffed. But its still your fault for taking 40 seconds in wrap and your the reason why its back to back calls. You literally are expected to be 15 minutes and 30 minutes exactly on your lunch and breaks. Or perhaps even earlier than that. Emails hourly/daily on your stats and will stat shame you if your not meeting their ridiculous standards. Everyone on your team will know if your meeting or not no privacy at all. They don't respect your time but expect you to be perfect. You have "personal" days. You have to tell them exactly what there for so they can deny them. Cats dying? Sucks to be you. Father is dying? You can have 1 day off... Except can you come in at lunch. I wish i was kidding.. this happened to me a few times. I just want everyone to stay away from this place....
