Great place to flourish

Pros

I love the people that I work with. The work is autonomous, new ideas are welcomed and encouraged. There are no barriers to working with anyone across the business and every team has passionate and helpful people in it.

Cons

It can be challenging working with a global workforce when there is limited cross over with time zones so this requires planning and forethought. Fortunately I have never been asked to work outside of my working hours

Pros

Really great place to work, some really talented people and everyone works together as a team to produce the best results possible.

Cons

Some deadlines can be tight but that's to be expected. Company culture more than makes up for this though!

Growing without the pains

Pros

Simpplr is growing fast but still feels like it has the values of a smaller company. Everybody has a voice and nothing is secret. The distributed teams means you work with people from all walks of life but also get to focus in your own department when needed. I feel really valued here.

Cons

The distributed teams can at times make communication difficult. Prone to sudden u-turns, but that's the nature of the startup beast!
