Great company, with the usual caveats

Pros

The people and environment are among the best I've ever experienced. The company believes strongly in promotion from within, when there are opportunities available. There are many long-term employees within the company.

Cons

The company gets bogged down in minutiae, and have taken away much of the decision-making from on site managers. People tend to stay a very long time, so it can be difficult to advance within the company.

Occationally, the will do some fun activity for the employees.

Cons

Management does not lead by example very well, HR is Deaf and blind!The $10.75 they pay people is a slap in the face. The commission is only 1.15% of term and management tries every month to screw you out of that! Micro-management like no tommorow! If you trully want to do the right thing for the customer. Don't work for them! Case and point, had a toilet leak in a unit and drip into another unit's bedroom below. The manager refused to buy the man another bed. "He should have renter's insurance, it is his problem!"

none.........no really? I have none. They fired me because I stood up against racism that took place at work which i still have evidence of. I will be posting my experience on youtube with over 100K subscribers this year.

Cons

Everything......I worked so hard for this company. Then they fired me for no valid reason.
