      Only 2% of the colleagues are nice.

      Cons

      The company is so twisted. The Management is twisted. The people who so called has the ‘power’ in the office are twisted! You will only be treated right if you snake your way through or if you are in the Management’s favour. If you’re a boot licker, your only way is up. EVEN IF YOU ARE LAZY or INCOMPETENT. If not, you will stay in the same spot — EVEN WHEN YOU ARE CAPABLE AND HARDWORKING.

      Wide portfolio, freedom to operate, established house, known brand, full-service, multiple locations, regional-wide footprint, big network.

      Cons

      Freedom to operate also means training and support, whilst widely available, is not forced. Your own passion and motivation can make you very successful, whilst a lack thereof will hold you back.
