Absolutely terrible place to work. A true dead end job. You wont get any raises. There is no benefits. No insurance. No 401k. Everything's held together by C clamps or it leaks. If you apply for a welding position, 99.9% probability you will be welding galvanized steel without the proper breathing apparatuses and ppe equipment. If you happen to be absolutely desperate for a job and do go for an interview you will more than likely be like the rest of the world and not come back. Tons of better jobs out there that have better compensation and benefits
