      -Free snacks -LYFT credits -Salary for salesmen

      -Theres no mortgage knowledge -No one is reinventing anything -Technology doesnt exist -Marketing budget is enormous but no leads except for call center -They asked us to vote is best company in San Francisco

      Pros

      Taking walks outside to speak to recruiters in the Levi Plaza next door is enjoyable.

      Cons

      We're a sinking ship and everyone is leaving :/ This company has little to no future after a failed Series B, is generally makes poor decisions, and now we're selling out becoming what's basically a call center with a fancy form in the cloud with a toxic culture.

      Pros

      Dog friendly, most of the staff is nice, free snacks and drinks, the surrounding area is picturesque, get free credit for Lyft.

      Cons

      Where to start? It seems that the leadership team does not work together or even like each other. The office constantly feels like it is falling apart (we cannot even use the outlets in the kitchen!) There is a major fruit fly problem that is only getting worse. The culture of the company is just shut up and work. Don't bother complaining about something or bringing an issue to a manager's attention because it will never be solved and you will the one in trouble. You can try to report something, but you will then have the red X on your back. You might as well just keep working because you will most likely have a mountain of work that you cannot climb out of.
