      Awesome, fun and caring boss who always went out of her way to make everyone feel valued and appreciated, diverse clients and supportive work environment, super LGBTQ-friendly, human-centered, amazingly talented and humble coworkers, flexible work schedule, good work-life balance, advancement opportunities for anyone wanting to grow professionally and personally.

      Eleonor, the founder and CEO of Singing Lessons NYC, is an exceptional supervisor. She actively listens to my needs and is always willing to provide professional and emotional support. In the 10 months I have worked for Eleonor, she has allowed me to create new classes, pitch and implement new studio policies, and work in ways that prioritize my safety, sanity, and professional happiness. I could not recommend working for her enough. Also, when I bought a house and moved 90 miles away, Eleonor was the FIRST person to ask for pictures and send house-warming gifts — she's just that kind of boss.
