Pros

Remote work Excellent training + support That’s it!

Cons

“Hype” culture with lots of fluff Team lacks sincerity (they don’t provide feedback upwardly) Repetitive work (mind numbing), quite literally cold calling only PIP if you don’t perform 2 months in a row High turn-over of staff

Pros

growth to other areas if you can endure intense pressure training is ok team quota is generally met

Cons

benefits (a tiny HSA which is a small percentage of your salary, other “coverage” is the worst I’ve experienced) manager is very transactional/cold, very inexperienced as far as the “human” side of managing (not JUST about quota) high churn for SDRs artificially forced positivity - constantly shoved down your throat (something that wouldn’t happen led by an older, more mature and experienced manager). “cheerleading” “hype” energy that is insincere and distracting actions don’t align with words (colleagues say they will do things or the manager and often there is no follow through).
