It is a good place, if you want to retire. some of the lower level employees are hard worker, the majority are fillers.
Cons
Very bad management. The VP, she think that she is the smartest person in the company, but the company went into bad financial problems in all over the subsidiaries because of her unprofessional decisions. no over time. no culture. no team bonding...
