      Pros

      Friendly environment from Founders to Colleagues. Cash rich and asset light organization with established product resulting in exponential growth. Informal culture with concentration on meeting deadlines while being flexible on office timings and work from home on need basis. Not rigid on attendance. Benefits involve regular team parties, timely increments and ESOPs.

      Cons

      Being an early-stage startup, it does not have too many processes. Work is underway to create a knowledge base but will take some time. Fintech being a VUCA setup can at times be challenging.

      Timely salary (the only positive aspect). • Good exposure to fintech domain (if you can tolerate the environment). • Some smart and hard-working peers at junior levels.

      Cons

      Extremely toxic QA team environment — humiliation and mental pressure are common. • Leads misuse their power and management turns a blind eye. • Favoritism and politics dominate over talent and hard work. • HR does not support employees — complaints are ignored or suppressed. • No work-life balance; you’re expected to tolerate disrespect to keep your job. • A culture of fear, manipulation, and mental harassment rather than growth and collaboration.
