Extremely toxic QA team environment — humiliation and mental pressure are common. • Leads misuse their power and management turns a blind eye. • Favoritism and politics dominate over talent and hard work. • HR does not support employees — complaints are ignored or suppressed. • No work-life balance; you’re expected to tolerate disrespect to keep your job. • A culture of fear, manipulation, and mental harassment rather than growth and collaboration.
