      Pros

      Flexible work hours,on Fridays no one comes in until 10:30-11am. Free Pizza once a week. Around the corner from South Station.

      Cons

      Below market salary and no commissions on placements. There is no career growth, they still haven't figured out what the actual job descriptions are for Project Managers , Senior Project Managers... The CEO may legitimately be out of his mind. On more than one occasion he referred to the entire office as retards and claimed he was the Michael Jordan of recruiting. The CEO is elderly and often times would walk around confused and would need simple things explained to him repeatedly. During morning meetings he would become agitated and begin to repeat himself.

      While we appreciate this feedback, Skillcloud has since been changed hands and is now run by a new Managing Partner and in that time we have implemented clear Career Tracks for all of our employees!

      The smaller environment allows for significant impact and the opportunity to expand into other areas of responsibility. The leadership team is accessible and involved (big plus)

      I've experienced no real downside to the company.

      The office is nice and not much beyond the superficial look of it.

      Cons

      You are micromanaged by leadership who don't know anything. Jobs are outsourced to India and expectations are unrealistic.
