      Big office and clean workspace

      Cons

      Managers have neither people skills nor team mindset. Creativity, authenticity and self value are constantly being pressured and undervalued by managers who don't even have the skills to help you train or manage you. They have the potential but in the end it's their choice to undermine their employees and lie while interviewing candidates by promising them things that will never happen and give misleading information.

      Pros

      Supportive team environment with genuinely collaborative people. You get exposure to real projects, responsibility from early on, and space to grow professionally. Management is approachable, feedback-driven, and open to new ideas. Fast-paced but motivating, with plenty of learning across marketing, strategy, and digital tools.

      Cons

      Fast growth means things can move quickly and priorities may shift. At times the workload can be demanding, especially during busy periods but it comes with learning and ownership.

      Cons

      Bad management, managers are related or have relationships to each other. The whole creative team collapsed, more than 10 people quit or were fired within a year.
