- Small teams - Decent collaboration between teams - Strong initial architecture but too much tech debt

Cons

- Lack of vision - Very slow on getting requirements - Heavy reliance on 1 or 2 people in engineering to move anything forward - Unstable individuals in key development roles - Not open to trying different ideas
