Poor management, seem to have high turnover in employees. I was fired out of the blue supposedly due to economic reasons. So one of the clients I was assigned to got on their fourth accountant taking care of their books that year! They fired a pregnant lady. They never take away your access to their clients POS systems after you’re laid off!! 9 months later and I can still log on and see their sales for the day :-)

Work/life balance - this company wants to squeeze every drop of work out of you that they can get and the workloads for accountants are not sustainable long-term. No actual vacation time - for accountants there is no one covering your work ever so you either have to work on your vacation or work 80 hours the week you get back. High turnover - work is constantly shifted and you are given messes from employees that were overloaded and quit. Slow promotions and pay raises for the amount of work you are given. Notice how the only good reviews are from managers - if enjoy having time to spend with loved ones, I would try to find something else but if you really love to work then you will enjoy it here.
