      Cons

      Employees are underpaid, salary, and shorted on expenses when working out of the San Diego Area. Management is Clannish, and HR will not hesitate to shaft the employee on unwritten policies to save management.

      Room for growth/advancement. Coworkers very easy to approach and ask for help/advice. Health benefits and matched 401k. Amazing Christmas parties.
