No bonus paid even though the company implement bonus structures regularly, they remove them pending revision prior to having pay bonuses out to employee’s. This has been happening since the companies inception in 2008. Poor treatment of staff. They will have you working from 8am (before if you are on call) and have you working in the office until 8 or 9pm with no extra pay or time off in lieu. This includes weekends. If the new MD/CEO doesn’t like you, he will manage you out of the business. Unfair dismissals happening all the time. Low salaries paid and as salaries increase with length of service they manage people out of the business and replace with less experienced staff on a lower salary. Development opportunities are offered to those related to, or who are friends of management. Very unstable company, lots of redundancies and buy outs fallen through numerous times.
