      Poor company culture

      Pros

      EDGE team to provide snacks. One can get a memento if works for 5 years.

      Cons

      First time job seekers will be asked for 3 years bond. Recently, existing employees asked for empty checks to make sure serving 3 months notice by them. Employees will be overloaded with work and rush for deliverables but not answered for very less hikes. Company evolvement is in PPTs only. Management will delay appraisals for 5 to 6 months. Lack of learning opportunities after certain period and makes employee incompetent with no new tech stack.

      No career growth, no learning. Very low growth and bad management There is no Work Life balance - Need to spend more hours at office. Before joining, Read HR policies properly , too bad policy Less salary no good hike no friendly managers

      Monthly salary. Team cooperation.

      Cons

      Here the salary increments are calculated from January to December and the appraisal will be received by June or July (5 or 6 months late). It’s a game plan by reporting managers. If you are a new employee, then at the time of joining you should give a signed blank cheque to the management for the safety of the 3 months notice period. There is no career growth. Worst work atmosphere. They will stop salary if they have any doubt on employee without intimidation.
