Business outlook
Pros
SmartStart desires to be the best company in the employment screening industry. They feel they can do it by hiring the best people and taking really good care of them. The training is excellent, the perks are great, the opportunities are endless. There are some difficulties with the work, but without all the stress and politics, they have become challenges. A positive thing in my opinion.
Cons
The company is highly virtual. Although I love working from home, and I do have an office to go to when required or necessary, sometimes I miss the daily face to face interaction.
